Densimetric separator - DS

Thanks to the vibration and blowing effect, the densimetric separator allows to separate the heavy contaminants from wood particles. This machine consists of an inlet feeding point with distributor and a vibrating densimetric table, and then a fan blows air on the material bed. Thanks to these two combined effects, the heavy pollutants climb up on the vibrating table and the heavier pollutants fall down to the bottom part of it.

The densimetric separator combines two physical rules – vibration and blowing effect – in order to well separate heavy contaminants from wood particles.
