In the low speed blender, the centrifugal force with which particles are thrown against the chamber walls is reduced, thus preserving particle geometry.
Every blender is equipped with a cooling system for shaft and shell really important for the technological gluing and mixing process.
The machine is already pre-arranged for the possible installation of separate cooling circuit: one for shell and one for the shaft.

In order to avoid wear the mixing chamber of the blender can be supplied with internal shell made of special wear-proof material or with ceramic coating.
Our blender is already equipped with the standard coating DUPLEX 2205. Based on the customer inquiry and the type of wood to be treated it is possible to coat the blender with:

Magnetic coating system (PATENTED)
Blender is installed in order to glue the SL and CL particles and distribute the glue on the surface.
