Glue kitchen
The glue mixture is made up of the glue and additives, such as hardener, urea, paraffin emulsion, water, PDMI and dyeing agents.
Options:
Dosing tank with a transparent, graduated vessel used for instruments calibration during start-up
The vessel can be used to run verification tests on every single component, without stopping production.
The test is completely automatic, managed through PLC and it can be set via operator panel.
The glue kitchen consists of a storage and dosing of the different components of the glue mixture, as well as for their continuous and controlled metering, according to the present throughput values.
