High speed blender – RV type
The high speed blender is an old generation blenders with higher mixing speed and smaller chambers. There are two types of high speed blender: RVE used for SL flakes and RVI used for CL flakes.

In order to avoid wear the mixing chamber of the blenders can be supplied with internal shell made of special wear-proof material or with ceramic coating.
Our blender is already equipped with the standard coating DUPLEX 2205. Based on the customer inquiry and type of wood to be treated it is possible to coat the blender with:
Tungsten carbide coating
Ceramic coating
Magnetic coating system (PATENTED)
Blender is installed in order to glue the SL and CL particles and distribute the glue on the surface.
We can find two types of blenders: high speed blenders and low speed blenders.
