Dry chips cleaner - PC
The machine operating according to the different density of the materials with a combination of effects: oscillation, pulsation and air flow. The material flow is hit by a strong and pulsating airflow coming from the bottom that generates a boiling effect enhancing the separation effect and providing the dry cleaning of the chips.
It is aimed at cleaning the material flow feed into the machine by removing any possible contaminants whose density is higher than that of the processed wood chips, e.g. stones, sand, metals, rubber, coarser chips and so on. Dry chip cleaner is especially suitable for PB and MDF chips, as well as for processing recycled wood.
