Non ferrous separator - NFS
The non-ferrous metal separator consists of a special magnetic system which operates with eddy current (known as Foucault current), a group of Neodymium bars which rotates at a very high speed and it is enclosed in a special insulating drum. The generated magnetic field rejects away the non-ferrous metals (aluminium, copper, brass…), but can detect also small ferrous metal parts and dust.
Concerning the removal of any possible metal contaminants which could considerably damage the machines, it possible to propose several solutions, suitable for any kind of applications and based on different magnetic systems.
