CMC TEXPAN has extended its product range aiming at offering a global service.

Interacting also with the other companies of the Siempelkamp group, we can supply complete plants dedicated to different stages of the production process, starting from the preparation of logs to the blending of particles with glue:

• Storage silos, equipped with sliding frames or moving floors installed on the bottom of the silo;
• Silo extractors for round silos with multiple screw or sweeping screw extractors;
• Roller separators for chips, sawdust and shavings;
• Chips cleaners to remove pollutants from the chips flow;
• Magnetic separators for ferrous and non-ferrous contaminants;
• Oscillating screens to classify particles according to their size;
• Gravimetric separators for wet particles, sawdust, dried C.L. and respectively S.L. particles;
• Storage and dosing bins for PB, MDF and OSB;
• Glue preparation and blending units.
