The excellent screening solution for chips, sawdust and wet particles

CMC TEXPAN roller separators are very suitable to process recycling wood and offer high performances when processing wet or semi-wet wood materials.

Their principle of operation is based on a group of rollers provided with patterned profiles or discs, suitably spaced, whereby such spacing defines the particle size which will be selected. The material undergoes a slight jerking movement and particles separate from each other, whereas those particles, whose size is smaller than the gap between the rollers, are selected and pass through the rollers.
