CMC TEXPAN chips cleaners clean the material flow fed into the machine from any possible contaminants whose density is higher than that of the processed wood chips, e.g. stones, sand, metals, rubber, coarser chips and so on.

The principle of operation is based on densimetric separation performed in a tank undergoing a jerking movement. The densimetric separation effect is combined with a strong pulsating air flow to provide a further “dry cleaning” of the chips.
